To open an account and use the services on the dg33 platform, the following conditions must be met:

Age Verification

Withdrawals from the account may be suspended until age verification is complete. If the verified age is below 21, the account will be closed immediately and applicable funds will be returned.

Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- You must use only payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be rejected if proper verification has not been completed.
If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering, dg33 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal and conduct an investigation. The account holder's full cooperation is expected during this time.
Bonuses, Promotions & Gaming Policy
Bonus & Promotion Terms
dg33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific conditions apply to each offer. General bonus terms are as follows:
Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- If the deposit is ৳22,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 will be awarded, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount in bets must be completed.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Wagering Example
Say you receive a ৳1,000 bonus — you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
General Bonus Conditions
- A bonus can be claimed only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
- Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the promotion period ends.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
- dg33 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
General Betting & Gaming Policy
All betting and gaming activity on dg33 is conducted under the following policies:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled.
- Any bet resulting from a technical error may be declared void, in which case the stake will be refunded.
- In sports betting, if a match is suspended or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- dg33 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.
- Placing bets using inside information about an event is strictly prohibited.
